Q. Does the Parley Pump need to be primed?

A. No, its a push pump, allowing it to be pumped at any time with out the need of priming.

Q.  Can you pump water from 200'?

A. Yes, our deep well pumps can go this deep, in fact our 1'' model will operate at greater depths.

Q. Does the Parley Pump in anyway effect the current well pump? 

A. No, our system operates independent of existing hardware.

Q. Can both pumps be used at the same time?

A. Yes, this is the one of the most important features of our pump system.

Q. How is the operation and pump affected by the cold Idaho winters?

A. Excellent. All our pumps drain to below the frost line quickly. And then to static water level slowly.

Q. How long from a full drain does it take to get water up to the well head from 200'?

A. From 100' it takes roughly 20 pumps, once there and with frequent use, it take about 5 pumps. If it is left alone for several days and drains below the weep hole it will take more than 5 pumps.

Q. If more than one person in my area buys a pump, can we share the delivery costs?

A. Yes.

Q. If I replace my electric pump, do I have to remove the Parley Pump?

A. Yes.  The pump can be removed easily in ten foot sections.  It can then be reinstalled after the new electric pump has been put in.
